Overview

Mentions Tracker respects your right to delete personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of information related to your use of the service.

Account deletion

You may request account deletion by emailing support@mentions-tracker.com with the subject "Account deletion" and the email you used to register. We will delete your email and related data within 30 days, unless law requires otherwise.

Search and technical data

Submitted keywords and search results are not stored in a persistent database. Technical logs (IP, request time) are removed per our retention schedule or upon a valid request to support@mentions-tracker.com.

How to submit a request

Email support@mentions-tracker.com with the subject "Data deletion request" or "Account deletion". Include your account email (if any) and a description of your request. We will confirm receipt and respond within 30 days.
